“I just used Juliana's Clean Out Service for a rather large house job and I can say without any hesitation that I was left extremely impressed. James, the owner, works extremely hard to do things correctly. He and his crew kept their eyes open and set aside for me anything of value that I might have missed when I went through the house. He also makes an effort to try to recycle whatever you might have in the house and keeps his eyes open for schools and other organizations that might be looking for donations, all of which he searches for on his own time. Perhaps the thing that impressed me the most was that you pay him not by the hour but by the dumpster, which you might think would lead to everything being tossed haphazardly into the dumpster. This is not the case at all, as he takes a great deal of time and effort to maximize every square inch of the dumpster to lower the cost. Highly recommend.”

My husband, niece and I were there for the removal. The team of Chris, Mauricio and Christian were great. Right on time, they started to work right away in the garage, which had 35 years of accumulated dust, sawdust and cobwebs. They moved several large and really heavy pieces from the first and second floor and up the tight steps from the basement. And every area was swept clean after they were done. My husband and niece and I oversaw each area, and nothing was removed until they got our approval. And every thing was done in about 2 hours!
